Our role: ShopFeed is a marketplace

ShopFeed is an online marketplace, not a shop. The products listed here are sold by independent third-party sellers, each of which runs its own business. ShopFeed provides the platform: the catalogue, the store pages, the cart and the ordering flow.

This means the contract of sale is between you and the seller, not between you and ShopFeed. The seller is responsible for the accuracy of its listings, the quality, safety and legality of what it sells, and for fulfilling the order. Prices, stock and product descriptions are set by the seller and can change without notice.

ShopFeed does not take title to any product and does not warehouse or dispatch stock. Where we help with a return, a refund or a complaint, we do so to make the marketplace work — not because we are the seller.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to place an order on ShopFeed. Ordering on behalf of someone else means you confirm you are authorised to do so.

Your account

• Give accurate details when you sign up, and keep your mobile number and email up to date — order updates go to them.
• Your password is yours to protect. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has access.
• One person, one account. Do not share or transfer your account.
• We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, is used fraudulently, or is used to abuse sellers or other shoppers.
• You can ask us to close your account at any time — see the Privacy Policy for how, and what happens to your data.

Orders and payment

• Placing an order is an offer to buy from the seller. The order is accepted when the seller confirms it. If a seller cannot fulfil an order — out of stock, a pricing error, or an address it cannot deliver to — it may be cancelled and you will be told.
• Cash on delivery is currently the only payment method. Nothing is charged when you place the order; you pay the delivery agent on receipt. ShopFeed does not collect or store card, UPI or bank details.
• Prices shown include the seller's stated taxes. Any delivery charge is shown before you confirm the order — see the Shipping & Delivery Policy.
• Returns, refunds and cancellations are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Acceptable use

When using ShopFeed, you agree not to:

• Use the platform for anything unlawful, or to buy or sell anything you are not permitted to.
• Place fake, malicious or repeatedly abandoned orders, or interfere with another shopper's or seller's use of the platform.
• Scrape, crawl, mirror or bulk-download the catalogue, or use it to train a model or build a competing listing service, except for ordinary search-engine indexing.
• Probe, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, the API or any account.
• Post content — including reviews — that is false, abusive, obscene, infringing or impersonates someone else.

Content on the platform

The ShopFeed name, logo, interface, code and design are ours and may not be copied or reused without written permission. Product images, descriptions and store branding belong to the respective sellers, who are responsible for having the right to use them.

Anything you post — a review, a photo, a delivery instruction — stays yours, but you give ShopFeed a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute it on the platform. We may remove content that breaches these terms.

If you believe something on ShopFeed infringes your rights, write to the grievance officer below with details and we will act on it.

Availability

We try to keep ShopFeed available and accurate, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Features may change or be withdrawn, and the platform may be unavailable for maintenance or reasons beyond our control.

Limitation of liability

Because the sale is between you and the seller, ShopFeed is not liable for the condition, quality, safety, legality or delivery of any product listed by a seller, nor for a seller's acts or omissions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShopFeed is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the platform. Where we are held liable despite this, our total liability for any claim is limited to the value of the order the claim relates to.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other law that cannot be excluded by agreement — including your rights against a seller for defective or misdescribed goods.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as ShopFeed changes. The revision date at the top of the page reflects the current version, and continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms. Questions go to dynoking82@gmail.com.
